Objective:
- The primary objective of our Speed and Agility program for youth development is to enhance young athletes’ ability to execute rapid movements and precise turns while maintaining balance and control. These skills are vital across a wide range of sports and contribute significantly to the improvement of athletic performance. This program aims to build foundational abilities that support agility and speed, essential elements for success in competitive sports environments.
When:
- 4 Weeks (8 Sessions): Monday, Wednesday: May 13, 2024 – June 6, 2024: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
*Week of Memorial Day Class Sessions will be on Wednesday and Friday (5/29 & 5/31)

Who:
Incoming 6th-8th Graders.
