GROUP FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our Group Functional Fitness training is a dynamic and engaging training regimen that focuses on improving your everyday movements, strength, and endurance in a supportive group environment. Combining varied exercises like strength training, Olympic weightlifting, cardio, and calisthenics/gymnastics, these classes challenge your body while keeping workouts fun and effective.

  • Monday - Friday:

    • 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

    • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

    • 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

  • Saturday:

    • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
