Specializing in athlete development and injury prevention through biomechanics, HGA Sports Performance is designed for athletes who are serious about improving their strength, speed, explosiveness and conditioning -- under the direct supervision of our performance coaches. We believe increased performance is a by-product of enhanced human movement. All athletes at HGA will improve their squat, lunge, bend, push, pull, twist & gait, while also learning how to train to set them up for further success in the future. These programs are for those athletes who are looking to push himself or herself by working out side of their comfort zone and maximizing their potential.
This foundational phase training program is designed to introduce young athletes to all areas of athletic development in a fun & positive training environment! We focus on increasing movement, awareness, balance, coordination, speed, agility and body weight strength, which are the key foundation to any athlete’s development, resulting in superior athleticism for all sports!
Ages: 7-10 years
Training Options:
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
The focus is on improving student athletes' potential while reducing the risk of injury in a competitive and safe training environment. This is accomplished by creating an athletic foundation through functional movement by increasing strength, power, endurance, speed, and conditioning to prepare them for their upcoming season.
Training goals for this session will introduce “resistance training” including Barbell/Dumbbell and Trap Bar movements such as the Bench, Squat and Deadlifts.
Additionally, there will be an emphasis on Speed Technique and Plyometric movements utilizing Assault Air runner measurements and Plyometric power output data. These movements, coupled with mobility, will improve overall strength and performance.
Most importantly, the foundations of this program foster overall team building, camaraderie, and confidence while establishing a positive work ethic and accountability by the students.
Ages: 11-14 (6th - 8th Grade)
The High School Speed class is designed for all athletes that share the goal of enhancing movement quality, efficiency, and integration through strategies focused on:
•Acceleration & Deceleration
•Absolute speed
•Multidirectional & Rotational speed
•Body awareness
•Agility & Footwork mechanics
Training Options:
SAT: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Our top of the line training experience! This all-inclusive program includes monthly assessments, which will be used to create an individualized game-plan consisting of a corrective stretch program, along with strength, movement, speed & conditioning progressions, and supplemented with nutritional support and coaching. From there, clients will also be given off-day and regeneration protocols, specific to their goals and demands, into a binder where athletes can easily follow their regimen to track and maximize results!

There are 12 Week & 24-Week options based on an individuals needs, goals, and initial assessment.
