New for This Cycle:

We are introducing an emphasis on Weight Training Foundations with guided and tracked progressions to ensure lifelong fitness skills:


We are limiting the class size to 8 to ensure proper supervision and instruction

Objective: Equip middle school students with the fundamentals of proper weight training techniques to build a foundation for lifelong fitness. This program emphasizes safe and progressive lifting practices to enhance overall strength and conditioning without a specific focus on sports performance.

Training Highlights:

Weightlifting Basics:

  • Main Exercises: Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, and basic Clean Technique.

  • Equipment Used: Barbells, Dumbbells, Trap Bars, and Kettlebells for learning proper form.

Progressive Training:

  • Gradually increase exercise difficulty to match each student's skill level.

  • Track progress to adjust training as necessary.

Additional Support:

  • Plyometrics to build power and agility.

  • Mobility exercises for flexibility and injury prevention.
